First off let me say that the employees are very polite, they always get my orders correct, and they work hard as hell to keep... the line moving quickly so the wait time is never too long. Then why aren't they 5 stars? Because their hours say they areopen till 2am, 7 days a week. Okay cool, except for the fact they usually like to close earlier like at 1am, and I remember acouple of times they were "closed" by midnight. This becomes very frustrating when I am trying to pick up a Door Dash delivery. I pull up to the speaker box at 1:15am and I hear so sorry but we are closed. I tell them I am supposed to be picking up aDoor Dash order that literally came through 2 mins ago. They just repeat so sorry but we are closed. Well damnit, I personallycould care less when y'all close, just turn off your Door Dash orders so we don't waste our time coming here in the first place. Of course, this isn't the only eating establishment that is guilty of closing the restaurant for whatever reason but thencontinuing to let Door Dash orders go through...I am looking at you McDonalds and Jack in the Box! The absolute worst Wendy?s I have ever been. Their Customer Service is awful, they don?t open on time and only server burgers... and nuggets after a certain time. NO COMBOS. It really sucks getting off work wanting a quick dinner to be told I can?t get whatI want. If you didn?t want to do the job properly then you shouldn?t be doing it, period. Horrible. Read more
Though i have had the #8 at other locations, this one was a bit spicy but to my knowledge shouldn't be. But fresh food, well... prepared hot. How ever the #9 that was ordered was made incorrectly it was supposed to be a double but it was made as a single,so I ended up giving him the rest of mines, since he was left still hungry from not getting what he should have. But we alsounderstood, bc the line was wrapped around. Bound to get something wrong. On the plus side, he enjoyed it along with mines. Lolthey even had HiC grape. Which was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a 4 for 4 and paid extra to have medium fries. Upon looking in my bag I notice I have a MEDIUM CARTON for a VALUE FRY.... I could literally see the bottom of the fry carton. I informed the guy at the window who informed the manager, a hispanic lady.She proceeds to yell at me and tell me that what I had was a medium fry. After showing her the bag she takes it back and dropsthe fries IN THE OIL AGAIN AND PUTS THEM BACK IN MY CARTON. I worked fast food previously and im not dumb. She completelydisregarded my request that could?ve easily been fixed. Very Nasty/Very Sad. UPDATE : they served me the oldest chicken pattythey had back there omg I went to the door and the girl told me I have to wait in this extra long drive thru line to get myorder fixed. Never again. admittedly, I took more bites than I should have but I was ravenous after waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru line. this was... the jalapeño popper sandwich and the chicken patty?well, you see it, DRY and tough to eat. it was a sad day. Read more
They were so slow. It took 20+ min. To get thru the line. Also the food prep was not that correct. The sandwich only had... lettuce and a flat piece of chicken. 04/23/21 -The photos are from breakfast at Wendy's on Pleasant Run Desoto to. The bun waswet and meat burnt. I spent $7.00 for food not edible. Service was bad, I had to get their attention. It took 7 minutes formy order. This is why MacDonald's line is long and none was in their line and this is why I decided to get breakfast there. Never again!!!! You have to have people work for your establishment who cares... If You Go To Wendy's and You Don't Get A Receipt, Then You Know Your Order Is Not Correct, This Way You Can't Call In To... Complain About Anything. Not The First Time I Have Noticed This Practice.
