I really don?t know why Burger King allows this owner to keep their franchise. I?m in line right now?I?ve been waiting here for... fifteen minutes. NO cars in the parking lot and one car ahead of me waiting to place it?s order in the drive through. Theplace looks like hell, the parking lot is in complete disrepair and despite what seems to be their policy of making own meal ata time, the food usually sucks. Read more
If I could give zero stars , I would. Service is rude. I was even refused ketchup and was waved off by her hand. No ice for... drinks. Food incorrect! Just don't bother going. 1 person in line in front of me and still waited forever. Read more
We sat in the drive thru just now for over 30 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. It isn't full. No one but like literally two... customers were Inside. We backed out the drive thru without giving an order. that was ridiculous. Read more
Ordered through the app. Was greeted warmly and despite being busy all staff was friendly and upbeat. The girl at the front... apologized for my wait but in my opinion wasn?t necessary but much appreciated. Fries were hot and burger was great. Thanky?all for the great service. Read more
I?m trying to order food at the drive through in Destin Florida and There were only four cars in the parking lot 5/30/22 at... 2:40pm and the server said to give her a minute because she?s dealing with a lot of orders. I?ve been waiting for almost 30minutes and haven?t ordered yet. There were 5 cars behind me in the drive through now there are 2. 3 customer had gotten madand sped off. And as I sit here in the drive through they still haven?t taken my order and customers keep pulling up to thedrive through and backing out and speeding off because of the wait time. SMMFH! 5 cars drove off because of the 30 minute pluswait. I thought this was fast food? I guess I was wrong.If they had an option for no stars that?s what I would rate myexperience. customer service was great, the week was a little long for breakfast but the food was really good very presentable and the... prices were great. I love that they have the impossible Whopper, now they have an impossible breakfast sandwich as well on acroissant, it was really delicious. And it was not the most expensive thing on the menu, the combo is only like $6.09 inFlorida, it could be cheaper elsewhere. Read more
Unfortunately, this might be the worst fast food restaurant in FWB/Destin area. I'm a very patient and understanding man,... especially coming from working in the restaurant industry, but 3 strikes and I'm completely out. Today, they are supposed to beopen until 10pm. After waiting at the drive thru ordering window for 5 minutes without anyone saying a word, I drive around tothe front to park to go in and order. To my surprise, the doors are locked. Last week, I order a kid's meal and a doublehamburger. I took 6 minutes to out thr order through. Only one car in front and it took us 15 to get our food. 3 months ago, meand my employee order breakfast meals. After pulling around and waiting for 15 minutes for our food, they forgot about ourorder. It just hasn't improved at all and continues to be one of the worst managed and operated places area.
