An absolute must for a quick stop to have some delicious seafood. When we visited, almost all the tables were full shortly after... opening hours. Loved the smoked tuna dip and the seafood platters, along with a gorgeous view! Read more

Delicious food with a view. There was long line but it moved fast. All seating is first come first serve. You order your food at... a window before sitting yourself. Recommended someone finding a spot to sit while the other person orders. The popcorn shrimpwas really good. Their Hushpuppies have okra fried in them! Yum!! Husband said the burger was good for a seafood restaurant. Read more

Great atmosphere. Seafood is top notch too. Ordered a gulf shrimp grilled basket and the shrimp had a wonderful grilled taste.... Was a tad undercooked but still delicious. Still hungry, i splurged on a florida stuffed lobster. It was also a tad undercookedbut i ate it anyway. I knew if it was cooked longer than necessary that it'd be very rubbery. The reason for the 4 stars and not5 was due to my wife's hamburger which was raw on the inside. There was blood on her hamburger bun. The burger was sent back andliterally killed. Burnt to a crisp. The sweet tea was very good and we both had shaved ice for dessert. We will definitelyreturn on our next Florida vacation. Read more

This was my favorite meal on our vacation. I love the quirkiness of finding your way into a dark room to order and then wander... around until you find the perfect waterfront spot. We did have to ask someone where to order because there aren?t signs. But nowwe know. Our kids loved sitting out on the pier and watching the fish and birds while we waited for food. If you?re sensitive toheat or don?t enjoy eating outside, choose your spot wisely. The food was fried seafood perfection. After looking at photos ofthe fried baskets, there was no way any of us were going grilled. I got the captain?s platter- mahi, shrimp, and oysters. Sofresh and so amazing. This place is so worth trying. We will be back next year! Read more

Friendly staff! If you like bland, unseasoned seafood this is the place for you. I really only have 2 stars because of the... staff. The food was awful, I liked none of it. For almost $50 it definitely could?ve been better. Photos show crab dip, sidesalad, hush puppies, and grilled chicken platter Read more

You would be challenged to find a place on the entire Gulf Coast that provides consistently great seafood located on the water... (intercoastal and Gulf side) like Dewey's. It is one of the best fried seafood places with exquisite simple, tasty appetizers! The smoked tuna and crab dips are satisfying with a sufficient portion size. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. Even thefries seem to taste better deep fried when you're overlooking the intercoastal inlet. Prices are reasonable. They have so manyoptions that I have not mentioned. I have driven 3 hours (one way) to get the food to bring it to my friends and to family as aspecial welcomed treat! Bring the ice chest with you! You'll be glad to take some items to go! Read more

When a local person said this restaurant was one of their favorites, I knew I was at the right place. At first I had my doubts.... You stand in line outside until you get to order. Then you find your own seat, usually outside. Everything is basic and rustic.Once you give your order you find your seat and they bring the food out to you by calling your name. Food is presented in abasket. Low key, no frills, that's that. But oh is the food good! Since this restaurant is located on the water, everything isfresh. If you don't mind not being pampered but enjoy basic, good seafood, this is your place. Two locations. We went to the oneon the wharf. Highly recommended. Read more

It?s a unique seafood place where you order at the counter in a building near the pier. I was hesitant to try due to pics of... lacking seasoning like boils back home but we are glad we did try. The staff is friendly and welcoming when placing your order, you help yourself to drinks and seating. Nice view of the ocean with many boats and birds. Wife and I shared the grill shrimpwhich is fantastic by the way (2 skewers)came with coleslaw which we didn?t care for and 3 potatoes and corn and cup of butterand seasoning which we mixed to add flavor to the corn and potatoes. We also shared the snow crabs boil, which was great, crabswas cleaned well & tasted sweet & easy to crack open, came with corn and potatoes and had to add seasoning to it. The shrimp andsnow crabs was great tasting without the seasoning IMO Read more
