Manager Bryce was rude and also hung the phone up on me multiple times. He also accused me of not paying my full amount. Then... proceeded to take tips away from his driver. This location was the worst customer service I have received. The manager work the night of 9/8/2022 was very rude about the... fact they had to cancel my order due to me being 3 miles away from him for delivery. Before I could offer to come get the pizzafor pick up, He hung up on me. I felt as the manager, you see your customer coming to pick up their pizza after almost 2 hoursof waiting, you will at least offer a discount, if not the pizza for the wait. Instead the ?manager? argued with me, and told me? I?m done for the night? as I tried to still pay for cold pizza. As a manager of another restaurant, the way he treated me andmy friends, that spent over $100 and left a $20 dollar tip on top, I would have tried a little harder to not be so rude. Food is good here but the service is terrible. Easily 2+ hour waits for deliveries on weekdays! The pizzas aren't hot once... delivered. We have resorted to picking up our orders which didn't seem to matter, hour and a half wait for pickups too! They areextremely understaffed. Read more
I gave this dominos too many chances but this store is the slowest dominos ever with below avg/ average tasting food. You would... think Dominos would invest in a bigger store to handle demand of Destin being a tourist destination and the locals. But it?snot, and quality of the food after waiting 2 hours for it is lackluster. Please open up a new store and not an add on to a gasstation so more quality people can work there. They send me a text message Cody was on his way at 10:53pm , I don?t get it domino?s is 6 minutes fromhere!!!!! 2 hours 15 minutes waiting !!! Order a thin and hand tossed and got 2 thin crust. ????At the end my toddler didn?t atethe pizza because it was thin crust and we end up throwing a whole pizza.. He didn?t deserve no tip at all !!! If I could add to the negative stars, I would. We have a party of 10, half of them are starving children. This is the worst... customer service by far we have ever experienced. Bryce obviously did not care about his job. Byrce did not care whether wereceived our pizza. We called after 2 hours to ask for a status, and were rudely told that we were in a tourist town and we werethe next in line. We tracked the driver through the app, and after another hour, we saw our order was received and completed?butwe did not have our pizza. We called, and Bryce once again had a very unpleasant tone and let us know that someone came in andtold them that they were us and picked up our pizzas. We were appalled at the blatant lie, the outrageously horrible customerservice, and the horror that this place is still in business. Please, please do not waste your time coming here. Horrible Service! Basic cheese pie ordered. When we opened the box is was missing cheese. Called the store and rude women... stated...The cheese is correct...we weigh it! This was the worst pizza I have ever had! It was handtossed pepperoni, but the bottom was as thin as paper and non-existent. It... was just cheese on uncooked, wet, wilted, floppy "paper". I didn't even know you could get pizza this wrong! Obviously we didn'teat it. We threw it in the trash because I don't hate my dogs & wouldn't punish them with this disgusting mess either. Read more
