We dined at Fat Boys twice during our two week stay. Both times were fantastic! The first time we had a party of 6 the second... just 2. The food arrived fresh and fast. Top picks were the Roadhouse burger, fried pickles, grilled chicken sandwich, friedchicken sandwich, wings, and the Philly. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. My goodness the food is AMAZING ???????????? We're local and this was our first time. It's officially our date night spot... now. Josh was incredible. He took our order without writing any of it down and it was all right!! We both had the Roadhouseburger, mine was with the gluten free bun (EXTREMELY HAPPY THAT WAS AN OPTION), with the fries, my husband had the friedcalamari too. I had a virgin pina colada that was hands down the BEST I've EVER had. It was a coconut dream come true. Despiteseveral things happening that were completely out of their control, like the transformer blowing and COMPLETE power lossresulting, the staff was friendly, competent, and engaging. Noticed this place from the road and decided to give them a try, we were not disappointed! My dinner date tried the grilled... chicken sandwich which was described as, "very delicious". I ordered the tacos with fish which were made with a twist; thetortillas were coated in a cheese dust, although a bit greasy, they packed enormous flavor (spicy too). The tacos came with aside of nachos, which were a welcomed change from the traditional side of fries served in most other places. The staff werefriendly and our waiter was great as well.
