Earlier this year, on a drive through order for the fam, we got 6 sandwiches. Got back to the condo and all were wrong. Not even... close. We called them and told them all about it. Just rolled into town today needed a quick lunch and sat in the dining roomfor 20 minutes with no food. Walked up and they had lost our ticket. Forgotten about our order. There was one other customer inhere. Don?t come expecting a typical Jimmy John?s, this place is the worst! Read more
I should've checked the reviews before I ordered. I ordered pizza after and it got here and got eaten before two fkn sandwiches.... I would give them NO stars if I could. Ridiculous. EDIT: Got it finally with one drink and one bag of chips missing. Read more
The food was good, but the employees were SO RUDE? If I could give a 0 star I would?ve. We did walk in late but within operating... hours and we were told we couldn?t sit in the establishment to eat. He turned away an additional 6 customers 5 minutes before9pm (closing time) and said they were closed. To add this was our first time at JJ?s and we were asking questions about what wason the subs and the employee acted as if we should know. Very disappointed!!!! Read more
Delivery was 2.5 hours late. Zero communication from the store. I called corporate customer service which was a very good... experience but I still have had no response from the local store. The driver left the wrong order when he delivered and had toreturn with the correct one. Sandwiches were not fresh when they arrived. We will never order from this location again. Read more
pretty frustrating how i have placed a delivery order here every week for nearly a year and now all of the sudden i?m outside of... the delivery zone? I was told employees ?didn?t care? about the zones which was why i was able to get orders in the past. maybetrain employees correctly or have them follow the protocol that they should follow so customers aren?t thrown for a loop. I am going to agree with many of the negative reviewers: this location is extremely slow. It is slow in the busy season and it... is slow in the off-season. And any time of day. Which is unfortunate considering the brand stakes its reputation on speed. Ialso live outside their delivery zone, somehow, which is surprising considering how close I live to the restaurant. With thatsaid, I have always had good service there. The staff are friendly and always take time to say nice things. The food isconsistent and like every other Jimmy John's location. Many people have one bad experience and leave a bad review. I would saythis location gets it right nine times out of ten, so overall I will recommend this location. Read more
Make sure if you go through the drive-through you ask for no ice because they will rip you off by filling it almost to the top... with ice. I got about 3-4 sips before it was empty. You have to wonder about the people that work there if they can't even putice in a cup correctly. Read more
1.5 yrs ago I gave a 5 star review saying Jimmy John?s had a fast delivery service. Food was always good. It?s changed. I placed... an order today at 10:49 am and it was just delivered at 12:02 pm. This is the 3rd time that a sandwich I have ordered has beendelivered late. I?ve been trying it every few months to see if the service has gotten better. It has not.
