i?m in Destin visiting from Michigan and this is the best pizza i?ve ever had from a little caesar?s. 10/10

Customer service needs improvement! The front counter person was not curtious at all! No greeting at all. Didn't ask for my... order, just said yeah and took my payment and just said 10 minutes! Nothing more! Walked into store to pick order up after 10minutes and she just handed me my order not saying a word ! Food was good and quick but employees need some much need socialskills! Read more

Worst experience ever!! The girl working the counter who also takes the order was extremely RUDE and nasty. They messed up our... order I called to let them know and she screamed at me on the phone saying that is what was ordered I took the order. I saidma?am it?s simple my order is incorrect just fix the order and give me what I ordered. (Wasn?t trying to get anything for freejust wanted the pizza I ordered not pepperoni cheese bread) she continued to tell me I didn?t order pizza I didn?t even knowcheesy bread came with pepperoni. I just said I?m the paying customer and I?d like what I ordered fix it and if need be I willpay the difference. She -very rudely of course, said okay ma?am whatever. Read more

Pizza is normal for a Little Ceasars, but wow on the poor attitude from the cashier, Shawna.. I definitely don't expect rainbows... and unicorns, but a little smile and friendly demeanor would get this place 5 stars. Read more

Most of the time very good pizza. But please make sure when you pull up pizza out of your warmer, you open the box and take a... look and please make sure the pizza is hot and not dry. And if you notice it's that hot or it's been in there for a while, don'tdeliver it. You're all great people in there sometimes the pizzas I get are old and cold. Read more

I was not at Little Ceasar. I was at A to Z Lock and Safe. While I was walking up to A to Z I could smell pizza cooking at... Little Ceasar. It smelled really good and the customer I saw walking out seemed happy...so 4 stars it is! By the way, if anyoneis looking for a safe, A to Z has quite the selection. They are very reasonable priced and have awesome customer service! Read more

It feels like dough was frozen , cheese is not fresh and crumbled ( cheese feel like FETA cheese) .... Employees talking each... other in different language in front of customer.... I use to buy them a lot cheese pizza but NOT anymore.... They prepare inadvance all cheese pizza so it will dry and not fresh ...
