The service was great, food was great, atmosphere was great. There is a small arcade to help pass the time for kids. They had an... area outside in the sand with cornhole boards set up to play. The fried green tomatos are outstanding, my wife had the grilledjumbo shrimp and she said it was very good and she would get it again. I had the fried snapper and it was outstanding. My sondecided he would go with the Mac and cheese and he ate it. He's isn't a big eater so it was more than enough for him. Read more
Nice family restaurant. There is a gift store and great water view. Open concept restaurant, it was hot in there because of no... AC but there were plenty of fans and fortunately a nice breeze. The staff looked hot and exhausted but did a great job. Therewas live music which was great! It was too hot to order anything heavy so I went with the Shrimp tacos and Tortilla chips. Mytacos were just ok, it seemed like something was missing, I added the Lulu's hot sauce and salsa to help it out. My friend gotthe Greek Shrimp salad which she enjoyed. I would come back but definitely on a cooler day, possibly early spring or late fall. Read more
Very fun atmosphere, delicious drinks and good food. We rented a pontoon from Okaloosa Island and spent the morning at Crab... Island and then took the boat to Lulu's for lunch, we were able to pull right up in the water and walk onto the sand of Lulu'sand into the restaurant. We got there at 12:45 and it took about 30 minutes to get a table, it was the lunch hour rush, but theydidn't look that busy. The kids loved the sand and the fountain of youth, but there isn't much shade, so we mostly stayed in therestaurant part. The gift shop is very fun and we all bought something. The food was above average, but a little overpriced forwhat you get. Pictured is the Crab melt. Cocktails are around $10 each, but very good. Kind of felt like this place is another tourist trap. I thought the food was just okay. My wife enjoyed the food very much,... especially the nachos and burger. The best thing about this place was the live music and the beach front setting where the kidswere able to run around and play. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. Read more
Very good food, absolutely loved all of it! The atmosphere and food made it worth the price for dining, I understand everything... is overpriced in Destin but I?ve been to other chain places around Destin and the food was horrible. Family and I loved all ofour food, the fried green tomatoes were amazing, fresh, crispy and very hot. Will 100% be back here, if you?re debating checkingit out I definitely would recommend doing so. Good vibes and great music! Lulu?s is a true family friendly gem in Destin. Our 30-minute wait for a table sped by with a... visit to the arcade and beach-front activities. Once we were at our table, service was prompt and friendly. We recommend thegumbo, smoked tuna, and the fresh catch of the day was amazing. Really, everything we ordered was excellent. Our kids reallyenjoyed dancing to the live music. Lulu?s atmosphere and food is truly worth the wait! Read more
Wow ! So yummy ! My daughter had the fried green tomatoes and said they were the best she ever had. My food was amazing, i had... shrimp quesadilla. The view was beautiful and the place had such a fun atmosphere. Our waiter was great ! If I ever make itback to destin I will be come here again!
