Went to this location today and let's just say I was not very pleased. I understand things are rough for fast food with workers... and I am usually a very patient person. I went to get my daughter a happy meal with a milkshake. I didn't check the happy mealtill getting out to the car. There was nuggets and apples and a toy but no fries. Ok not a issue I went back in and stood wherethey could very clearly see me for about 3 mins. Several employees looked at me but not one in that time span said anything tome. That's where I started getting a bit irritated but I wasn't rude. Finally someone comes to see what is the matter and theytake the meal to add fries. I looked at it on the way to my car and there was like a max of 8 fries in there. I know you guysare over worked and under paid it's like that everywhere. But it takes 2 secs to be kind and acknowledge a person. Do better aspeople. Read more
Food is constant like all McDonald's. Cashier was new and green, he's still learning. The kitchen staff was excellent! Spanish... speaking lady was very warm and friendly. Soda machine was down, no big deal during breakfast. Read more
They don?t even deserve the one star. I don?t care how desperate you are for food or McDonald?s don?t go here. Not only will you... have to wait eternity for your soul to be sucked out, but the old white witch that works here apparently is still around sincethe snow white age. She doesn?t wear a name tag or give a name because she always has a bad attitude and bad behavior and mostlikely will probably spit in your food. Oh and she?s an assistant manager who doesn?t know how to give refunds for her staff whomesses your orders up. We?ve lived here for almost 6 years and I?m finally writing a review thinking that things would changebut apparently the owners of this establishment don?t care that their staff suck. The big white guy who is the GM is super nice.Always happy. But when the cranky lady works in the evenings they have the store lights off and the drive thru menu black todivert customers but those of us that do DoorDash know better and you go through the drive-through line and ?someone? will comethrough the Black menu. Terrible customer service. My family stopped for breakfast this morning and they charged us for the wrong order. No big deal... right? Just refund and recharge the card. That?s not why happened. The cashier came up to the delivery window and accused me oflying about my order. The manager /shift leader then said we had it pay the remaining amount (which I was more than okay with)despite already having all the food and drinks already. Instead of refunding the order we paid for she charged us wrong againand we ended up paying more than we were suppose to. In conclusion, I would not choose to stop at this location again. This isthe first place I?ve ever been accused by a fast food employee of lying to her. Sure, we paid $10,000 to stay here for the weekbut want to get by without paying for a McDonald?s biscuit? Horrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee because they had to get coffee beans from the stock room. ... Manager got upset when we asked for hot fries as ours were cold by the time the coffee was made. We ordered two of the ?new?chicken sandwiches. Once came with a brioche bun (as advertised) and the other (spicy) came with a cheeseburger bun. Themanager said that?s the way it?s supposed to come?. The picture outside says differently! Slowest "fast food" I've ever experienced. With only 2 other cars in front of me, I've been in this drive thru for 20 minutes. ... I would've left long ago if I didn't have two kids I promised happy meals to. Literally taking 5 minutes between each car'sorder. Franchise owner has some work to do as this is completely unacceptable. Read more
