For a vacation on the beach this is a lovely place to stay. Condos that are rented. The 2 bedroom condo that we stayed in was... very nice. Only 2 problems with the room we stayed in; the ice machine in the refrigerator did not work and the mattress in the1st bedroom after entering the condo was atrocious. On the upside the couch and loveseat were very comfy, has a fullyfunctioning kitchen (minus ice machine). The unit had a very large balcony which gave an amazing view of the white sand beachand the extraordinarily beautiful gulf waters. Highly recommend staying at this resort. Will definitely be coming back forthe next several years to come. Read more
I loved that they offered 3 bedrooms + 3 bathroom units. Great appliances. However, the sofa was dirty. Cream cloth isn't a... good color idea. The circulation in one bathroom could be better. The bench could be updated. Rust from buttons that fell offcould be harmful. The beach and umbrella/chairs, location, door code security were top notch. Overall 5 stars. Read more
Our host had toys stocked for the kids, the food was incredible, we could watch dolphins, sharks, and giant Avila of fish from... our balcony! The chairs were worth every penny. Fully functioning kitchen with a full size fridge. The dryers take forever todry the clothes and traffic was pretty dense but we?d go again in a heartbeat!! Read more
My family and I has visited Destin for five years and outside of a house, this was the best location and condo. Easy access to... the beach, pool and Cafe. Everyone was nice and friendly. Our condo was first floor and I would definitely stay here again. Itwas updated and clean. It is a big building and a lot of people but it doesn't bother us. We rented our chairs in advance andwas either on the first or second row. Read more
It was overpriced for an ocean view condo. The beach is beautiful, but you are constantly harassed by "Beach Security." if you... don't rent Beach chairs and an umbrella, you are not allowed to lay out on the beach in front of the chairs and theumbrellas. Ridiculous! There are two towers, Ocean front, and Ocean view. The resort is too big, and their private beach area istoo small. We were treated like second-class citizens! Read more
The amenities this place has at your fingertips is incredible. The people were very nice and the employees were extremely... professional. Love the indoor/outdoor pool. Nice touch. The beaches were amazing. So glad I got to see them. Not to far fromcrab Island either. Read more
Very nice people super clean. I read reviews the day before we left to visit and was worried. Let me say ?.yes very pricey but... would do it again and plan on it. The service desk was very helpful room was AWESOME!! With teenagers it was well worth it.After doing motels for years and then trying this ?just seeing kids face was all worth it. No sand on floor like others say anddefinitely no roaches. Yes a washer and dryer and everything needed. Bring your coffee sugar salt and pepper and your fine!!People say rent chairs or your screwed not true take your chairs there?s plenty of room behind rented chairs and no you don?tfeel like caged animals we roamed the beach. A little pricey, but was worth every penny! Requested a room on the ground floor & the view of the ocean was absolutely... stunning! The room was a bedroom with bathroom, bunk beds recessed into the wall in the hallway (kids LOVED this) & a separatebathroom/shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. The hotel was also right across from the water park if the ocean & poolisn't enough water for ya ;) Their little Tiki bar was also great! I would absolutely stay again & recommend to anyonelooking!
