My husbands steak was nice, I started with the watermelon salad which was old/rank so they brought out a Caprese salad as a sub,... the tomato was cold and translucent like it had been the fridge for along time just like the watermelon ???? both had too longof a shelf-life , I was told by the server that it was the chefs process , our server refused to come back after the secondappetizer, the chef eventually came out to discuss my concerns and was not only arrogant but rude !! This was our 5th visit andour last .. i’m extremely adamant about dining at locally owned restaurants after 5 tries the view is not worth theinconsistency in service & food , not to mention the floors are always soaking wet in the dining room and the bathrooms becausepeople are going to the beach through the restaurant. Amazing atmosphere and service. We had dinner on the patio which had ample shade and views of the beach. The food was five star... quality. The five of us had drinks, two appetizers, entrées, and shared three desserts. The total bill was about $350, but wasreally a great meal. Read more
We had the most amazing drinks at the bar with Noah who is a true scientist. Dinner thanks to Mickey was amazing what an... experience. Best dining experience we’ve had on the panhandle. Views are beautiful, wait staff was knowledgeable, and every course of food... was delicious. Michael, the celebrity chef, even came out to our table to introduce himself and answer any questions we had.10/10! Read more
Soleil is a MUST. You have not taken a full breath of life on this earth until their whole fried snapper has crossed your lips.... There was not a moment, or a bite of food that was not absolute perfection. From the incredible wait staff to being chatted upby the very sweet owners table side we just had the time of our lives. Our friend group loves to order our entrees family styleso we really ran the whole menu. The Duck…was crisp but juicy and the sweet potato purée….dear lord it was amazing. TheScallops are the scallops by which all other scallops will be judged by from hence forth. They were huge, perfectly cooked andseasoned, melt in your mouth. The Filet was one of the best steaks I’ve tasted….but let me tell you about the Snapper. TheWhole Fried Snapper. I woke up thinking about it. It is light and crisp, easy to remove by fork (or finger if you’re impatientlike me). The micro greens on top are just exquisite….and after all that you must have the dessert. The creme brûlée waslife altering. Absolutely delicious. But so was the cheesecake and the death by chocolate. The wine pairings made it an extraspecial meal for sure.\nAs if alllll that is not enough you get to enjoy quite possibly the most beautiful gulf front views fromthe patio. First time visiting the new space since it became Soleil….everything was amazing! Love the new updated look & the outside... space is super chic! Our server Maria was exceptional, as was our food! To top it all off, the drinks were phenomenal as well!Will be visiting again soon! ???? Read more
No complaints. Our waitress Christina was very personable and her team workers (bussers) were quick to clear anything. We had... Oysters Rockefeller, bouillabaisse, crab cake & Blue cheese salad for appetizers and were great. My mother and I had the Friedwhole fish, bone on and fried. My nephew had braised short ribs; he ate all his and what my aunt couldn\'t eat of hers. Fordessert the kids had a chocolate eclair and ice cream trio; we also had their version on creme brulee with caramelized pretzels.That is before you throw in the beach side view and the chef sent us a little something for my parent\'s 50th anniversary.
