Went inside to get a coffee and a cold brew, waited over 15 minutes for these very simple drinks. It's not the staffs fault,... they were working hard. Only barista working, either employee shortage (that's what corporate will say) or employees arentshowing up for work. Read more

I go to this Starbucks often. Normally great service. The employee taking orders in the drive thru was very rushed and seemed... rude. Every time I added something to the order she said ?is that it? is that going to be it? ?is that all today? and by sayingthis after every single item, it takes longer for the ordering process. I was ready with my entire order (5 items) and it wasextremely difficult to speak when someone is saying that over and over again. Abrupt and rude. Located in the outlet mall parking lot. This location has plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Outdoor seating is on the... covered patio with plenty of shade. Shelves in the store are well stocked with inventory from cups and mugs to canteens andcoffee. There is more than enough parking due to the mall parking lot. Staff is friendly, but service is a little slow here soif you go during a busy time expect a wait. Read more
