Me and my boyfriend went here early this morning and the food was to put it brief nothing short of amazing. My eggs Benedict was... cooked perfectly. The poached egg was perfect and was well seasoned. The ham was perfectly cooked and the English muffin wastoasted to perfection. It all blended together to create the best bites imaginable. My boyfriend got the regular pancakes withchocolate and peanut butter chips. It tasted amazing no burnt edges or anything even with the chocolate chips. It was theperfect blend of everything. It was so good you didn?t even need syrup. The staff and waiter were so nice and friendly as wellit complimented everything perfectly. We LOVED our experience with the packcakery! Our service was amazing! We arrived at 10:30ish on a Sunday and waited about an... hour for a party of 8. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted, the tables were clean, the environment was fun,and it smelled wonderful! Our food was hot and fresh and everything came out in perfect time! The food was okay. Coffee was gross. Nothing really special about the taste of the food. The only special thing was the plain... pancake. Get it without all the extra toppings because the pancake is way too sweet With the extra toppings. As a frequent tourist of the Emerald Coast area, this was my first time visiting the Pancakery. Due to a small dining area, I... would not advise going with a party of over 7 or 8, unless you are willing to wait a long period of time. This location inparticular was very busy, as most people were issued a one to two hour wait. My party of 10 willingly waited for a full 2 hoursto be seated, however we ended up being separated into two tables that were nowhere close to each other. In the end though, therestaurant itself made up for it. It is fairly crowded in the dining room, but the decor and environment is playful and suitsthe theme of the restaurant well. As for the staff, they were polite, but not very friendly. Despite that, the food wasdelicious. Visiting during lunch, I ordered the Jalapeno Ranch Chicken Wrap. I highly recommend this dish if you have a cravingfor hot and spicy foods, as this turned out to be very hot! It was served alongside what tasted like Salt and Vinegar chips. Iadditionally ordered the Single Loaded Potato, which was almost like a smashed up potato with cheese, bacon, and sour cream.Majority of the other people in my party ordered breakfast, which, after trying a few of their dishes, turned out to be tasty. Afew of them ordered chocolate milk as their drink, which turned out to be topped with whip cream and chocolate syrup! However,they were accompanied with water due to the small portion that you receive. All of the food came out very quick! Overall, Irecommend trying out the Pancakery if you have the time to wait!
