I stop by at least once a week when I open for work and I?m greeted by Wendu I believe she goes by, 90% of... the time and she always greets me by name and knows my smoothie by heart after the 2nd visit. Absolutely awful experience. Staff was rude, was not greeted and the smoothies were terrible! We love tropical smoothie at home... and get it a lot but will never come to this location again. He was grabbing the fruit with his BARE hands and I was disgusted.My kids won?t even drink their smoothies. So much for a wasted $25. Read more
I just started getting in to smoothies and my daughter took me to her favorite smoothie place first time was great! I went in... there a second time ordered a smoothie and some food before I walked out I took a drink and found a small white beard hair Iknew it was a beard hair because there was only one white guy in there and he had a white short beard. Anyway I was in a hugehurry so I was like I?m gonna let it go! I take another drink and I found two more!! At this point I was like omg that?s crazybut I was doing mind over matter I let it go! I get in the car start driving about 10 min later I am not even playing I tookanother drink and found 4 hairs it was like a mouth full of hair!! How is that possible to find 7 hairs!!!! How do youaccidentally lose 7 hairs!! I swear I think he put it in my drink! I was very nice even tipped well idk why he would dosomething like that! Now I have to find a new smoothie place because that was just gross! If by chance he didn?t do it onpurpose then he has to have a medical problem and needs to wear a beard net!
