Probably the best fast food location I've ever been to based on service alone. Our first time eating here and we really enjoyed... it. The service was great and everyone was super friendly. They have a guy wearing a cape going around and talking to people. Ienjoyed that a lot. The spicy ketchup is amazing! We enjoyed the burgers and fries and it definitely is enough to fill you up. Always a hit. Burger is always so fresh and so are the fries! Workers are never skimpy with the sauces and are accommodating to... your needs! The #2 is SO good and I?d say they are a semi fast drive through even though they are always packed. Today they weresuper packed in side and it took 20 min for the order for dine in, but the food was consistent!! Read more
I went through the drive through after 2 am it was not busy. I ordered 6 chicken strips and a large French fries. I asked for... Bar B Q dipping sauce. When I got to work I had the strips and the fries but no sauce. But I did have 8 packs of ketchup that Ididn't ask for. This kind of service is unacceptable. 8 packs of ketchup is just wasteful especially if I hadn't asked for any. Read more
Completely satisfied with our experience. Stopped by and went inside to place a takeout order. To be honest, there was a bit of... a wait. That?s to be expected under current circumstances and during moderately busy hours. We did not mind the wait. Food wasprepared as ordered. It was hot and tasted good. Fresh sweet tea met Southern expectations. We were given plenty of napkins andcondiments. Staff and management were very professional and courteous. They did not seem to be understaffed. First time ever going to wataburger, and I was blown away with the quality! I had the honey butter chicken biscuit and the patty... melt, and both were amazing. They came out a bit slower than I was expecting, but it was well worth it for the quality of thefood. The beef was jucy and delicious, and the chicken was full of flavor and the biscuit excellent.
