Beautiful restaurant, amazing food, and even better service! We enjoyed our meal thoroughly. Seaweed salad, charashi meal and... pork belly ramen were big hits! We also enjoyed a nice bottle of sake. We recommend Yagu to anyone who loves a fresh and fillingmeal. Read more

We were a party of 4 coming into the restaurant at approximately at 2PM on a Sunday. Service: Walking in we were not greeted... and had to ask a staff behind the sushi counter for a table. Understanding that it was an odd time on a Sunday, we were lenientof the attentiveness of the staff. The server was partially the reason why I am giving a 1 star review. He came by periodicallyto check up on us which is fine. My friend ordered a shrimp tempura hand roll which was not on the menu. (He was not aware thatit was not on the menu, so he is also at fault for not reading the menu) The waiter failed to inform us that what he wasordering was not on the menu. In addition it was not disclosed that the price would be determined by the chef. Price: Not worthit. The prices are premium and extremely expensive for the quality of sushi rolls that you receive. The shrimp tempura handrolls were $16! RIDICULOUSLY PRICED for a hand roll with fried shrimp tempura, avocado, and asparagus. Food: It was okay. Ithink the rolls are catered more to an American audience. The rice on all the sushi rolls were overcooked, it was mushy and didnot have the individual rice grain texture that sushi should have. The eel sauce that they used seemed to be watered down. Asfor the fillings in the sushi rolls it was very lack luster, barely any fish. The rolls that were fried appeared to have beendipped in a watered down tempura batter because there was barely any coating on the rolls. As for the sashimi, it was also okay, the salmon isn?t fatty and the tuna is pretty lean. Overall: Food is sub par, prices are expensive, 10/10 would not recommendunless there are no better sushi options. I would not go again. Read more

Yuga Sushi was a pleasant unexpected surprise. The staff was courteous and helpful, our waiter Billy was friendly and personable... answering a myriad of questions and special orders with no issues. The food is Amazing !!! Todays orders included Hamichi withJalapeno, 2 orders of Spicy Pork Ramen with Pork Belly ( LITERAL Slabs) a modified California Roll and Modified Spicy Tuna Roll, and a Bowl of Edamame big enough for 10 people. Of special note was the Hamichi and Jalapenos plate.. I have tried this dishfrom coast to coast, California to Florida and I have never had better. The Cuts of Hamichi melted in your mouth with the alight hit of spice from the Jalapeno and the pop of the Roe garnish will rate on this reviewers Top 3 in the nation taking thecoveted #1 spot. Thank you for an Inspiring meal. Read more
