Extremely slow! The drive-through took 35-40 minutes, and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Very good bbq though.
Terrible wait time. From the first time I went we waited for 2-3 hours for my food. Second time was no different maybe about 2... hours that time. Hopefully after all these months they became more organized but the time I wasted sitting in line I will neverget back. The portions are terrible. You pay for a whole rack of ribs just to get a little less then half a rack "5 pieces" COMEON MAN. From what I'm hearing the other dickey's location you get more portion. Read more
The barbecue was out of this world. The brisket was the best that I've had in over a decade, the ribs were great and we loved... the sausage and pulled pork. The staff there is very friendly and helpful and the manager on duty, Travis was totally awesome.Keep up the good work y'all!!!!!!!! Read more
Very high priced lunch meal for the mediocre service we received. Brisket sandwich was tasteless and dry and we had to ask for... the dipping sauce that was supposed to come with it. We never received the sauce, and were not acknowledged again. Restroomswere not stocked appropriately and the toilets were not clean. I will not recommend this restaurant, and if I could give it 0stars, I definitely would. Read more
Updated: I went back a few months later expecting the kinks of the service to be worked out. I was mostly right. I ordered... online and showed up when they said the order would be ready. They were still out of one of the four things I ordered, and twoof the things had to be modified. But they had my order ready other than the thing they were out of when I arrived. They wereskimpy on the BBQ sauce this time, but at least I didn't have to recite my order again and wait forever like the first time. Themanager also seemed much nicer this time. They're just overworked. Original post: The food is awesome, but I ordered for takeout online only to find it when I got there their online ordering system is on the fritz and orders aren't displaying. I shouldhave guessed when I didn't see the order tracker progressing. It took 10 minutes for them to take my order (after they got downsome Door dash orders). I waited for 45 minutes after they took the order. It would have been worth the wait, but they served abunch of other people and ran out of most of what I ordered while I waited. A door dasher told me things are less hectic whenthe owner is around or during the day. I'd hold off going here until maybe Jan. 2022 when hopefully they'll have all the kinksworked out. Read more

I?ve ordered pickup from this location many, many times since they?ve been open as I live close by. Almost every time that I... order, there?s some kind of issue whether something is cold, they?re out of certain items , etc..it?s always something. Lastnight I went and after pre-paying online $18.99 for a rib plate I was conveniently told that they had just sold out of ribs andI would get a $14.99 pulled pork plate instead. But of course, pay $18.99 for it as the employee attempted to lie to me and tellme they were the same price. Read more
