I know this is just a fast food pizza service but holy cow I'm impressed . I moved from metairie which all pizza places sucked.... They were dirty and always messing up. I choose to do a pick up from this location so I could come in and see. They are CLEANN.Staff is extremely friendly. The man who checked me out asked to see my receipt before leaving to make sure I didn't leaveanything behind such as sauces . That alone impressed me. Read more
Ordered last night and got amazing, fast service. Delivery guy was super kind and followed delivery directions. Food arrived hot... and delicious. Quality has definitely gone up since last time I ordered over a year ago. Pleasantly surprised and will be back. Read more
Wow. I've had several orders that were wrong that I just let go. Tonight the delivery order was wrong again so I called. They... manager says he'll give me a credit of $20 or he can redeliver the food. I asked for the credit, but he didn't explain it was astore credit that can only be used on my next order by calling the store to get the credit (which I have no doubt they won't beable to find). When he finally explained that, I opted for the food to be redelivered and the guy acted like he couldn't evencare less that they screwed up yet another order. Like seriously. No apology, nothing. I asked if he was the manager and hesaid yes. WOW. Won't be using them again. Its a shame, they used to be really good. Not real confident that food will behere any time soon. Read more
The worst customer service. In all of Destrehan. I put in a pizza order and they said 20-30 minute wait. I show up in 35 and... pay. Then sit at the window another 10 before the girl comes inform me they had an order of 170 pizzas to fill before mine andshe didn?t see it. So now my wait time has almost tripled and I speak to the manager Shane Franklin. He insisted that I wentthrough a call center but I specifically did NOT, as I?ve learned my lesson with them. So I ask what he is going to make thisright now I have to leave and get my child off the bus and come back. He says,? I?m not doing anything. The service was horrible!! Sat in the drive thru window for 15 mins for pizza that was already paid for and was done. The... workers kept coming and going from the window and NO ONE would come and ask what I needed. Until the delivery driver who justcame back to the store asked if I was helped. I know that everyone needs workers and places are short staffed is why I placedthe order and paid for it so all I would have to do is pick it up. I tried to make it as easy as possible for them and myself.Looks like I'll be going back to Rotolo's and not use Domino's. Read more
I?m only upset because I order from this location fairly often because it?s close by and my kids love pizza. Also I love their... bread bowls. However this location doesn?t stand by their timer agreement. My curbside timer was stopped at least minute and ahalf before I received my food. That made it impossible to receive my offer of free Pizza for my next order. I always order fora large family so they should at least stand by their agreement with repeat customers. Read more
I've only been here twice, both post hurricane Ida. The staff seem nice. My first pickup order went smoothly. The pizzas were... good and actually cooked. The second time I came they were missing one of the two pizzas I ordered. They said they would make itafter they cleared their order queue. Which seems strange to me since I entered the queue before the people on the board. Theinside is relatively clean. No one was wearing masks, but I think it's Dominos policy not to wear masks. Once again order isn't right. Called to get it remedied and the person answering set the phone down. As I'm writing this another... driver pulled up with a partial order. I told her to return it because it wasn't complete and she got snippy about it. DO NOTORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They're horrible. Read more
