I ordered a pizza and was told it will be dilivered 4 hours later, I tried calling at least 10 times and no one answers, finally... someone answers and transfers me to a manager so I can cancelle my order and the manager doesn't answer either, when theyfinally answer they want to keep transferring me and eventually they start hanging up on me . Would love to give 0 stars if I could. I only tried to order from here because it?s the only pizza place that delivers... currently. I placed my order online and it told me it would be delivered in 3 hours. I have called at least 10 times to try andcancel and it just rings and rings until it tells me to leave a message. Would you eat this? First, I ordered delivery and it took over an hour and 15 min to be delivered. Then when it arrives it?s... burnt. I tried to call and report it but no one answered. I went in.no immediate apology no remedy. I asked for my money backand that?s when I was told they could remake it. I asked the manager would she eat it and how could you allow this to leave yourstore. Well I had to wait even longer for a remake of the pizza. They really need training in this place. Phone call center (unlikely not in the US) took my order for carry out and advised 20-25 minutes to be ready. Still waiting 1:15... minutes later. Everyone in the location is having same issue. If you are out sourcing call in orders there should be a way thecall center is aware of store delays. Manager not helpful at all. Read more
My order is ALWAYS late! The location is about .2 miles away and my order has NEVER been delivered hot! Not once! It should be... very convenient to order pizza for lunch but it comes cold and soggy AND late every time! Yep I day was my last attempt! Read more
I had placed my order online for some reason it never went through. Long story short they thought my order was at the Laplace... pizza hut the manager went out of his way to call and find out if the had gotten the order with out any luck that place neveranswered the phone (which they never do) i ended up going to Laplace which I truly regret they were rude, workers horseplaying,phone were just ring they never answered of course. I just ordered a hand tossed pizza that was so thin it had to be a thin crust pizza. I returned to the store to show them and... was told it is indeed a hand tossed pizza. My question was, how thin is the thin crust? The manager replied as thin as acracker. I layer a saltiness cracker next to my hand tossed pizza and it is thicker than my pizza. Read more
