Should not have drive thru. Coffee and breakfast feels rushed and without the normal care I'm used to from PJ's.
This PJs used to be so good! But someone needs to step it up the orders are always wrong, you wait in line like 20 minutes and... some workers have been so rude! And please look at the granita machine they are never made right... Read more
What is going on at this pjs location lately! I live in the neighborhood and come here daily and for the last 2 weeks its been... terrible...this is the 3 time in 2 weeks I've had to leave the drive thru because I sit for 20 minutes without moving at all!This is my only coffee spot omw to work and I've had to go without because I don't have half an hour to kill in the drive thru?What happened to the morning crew during the week I loved them bring them back please!!!!???????????????????? I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive through and ordered a large king cake velvet ice and a large caramel iced coffee. When I... got to the window I confirmed that I ordered larges. They gave me mediums and the velvet ice was filled about a quarter of theway with actual coffee and the rest was like foam and whipped cream and didn?t taste like anything other than coffee. I saw PJ's coffees all around when we were exploring the area and I was really excited to try them out. I was not impressed with... the service I got, the drink quality, the food quality, or the price of the items. For two drinks and a muffin I paid almost $15which is asinine. The hot coffee that we ordered was very bitter and obviously old even though we went relatively early in themorning. My iced coffee was okay but was also bitter. And our muffin was stale. I definitely would not go to another PJ's coffeeinstead I would go to a local coffee shop or a chain like Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. Read more
Loved everything about my visit there this morning... the ladies working were friendly, my latte was perfect, scones were... delicious, and ended up leaving with a Mardi gras mask and earrings but I think my favorite purchase is the cutest reusablefabric coffee sleeve! Read more
This is really hard for me to write as I used to go here almost daily for the same drink. Lately I?m torn about trying any given... day to get the coffee I once considered a treat. The consistency is gone. There have been so many times I go and I?mdisappointed with the iced mocha. No matter who makes your drink, new or not, I think it should be the same. The price has goneup which I understand, but paying $6 for a drink that I probably won?t end up drinking is something I can?t do. There has to bea way for everyone to be on the same page when it comes to these drinks.
