Half of the pizza was crust... The first time I ordered there, it was delicious. Quality is a gamble I suppose with this place.

I ordered Rotolo?s via DoorDash. When I got my order of spaghetti and meatballs which were delicious but some of the gravy... spilled out into the bag I didn?t have a problem with that. I ordered two portions of the cinnamon rolls, I couldn?t even cutthem with a sharp knife. So I called to make a complaint and I was told that it was a Doordash issue, so this answer to mycomplaint Is Ludacris. Since when did it became the delivery company that made the rolls rock hard?? I ordered thru door dash, items were left out they wanted me to come and pick up.They should have made in good on their end.... Also included instructions to do certain pasta and manager even acknowledged they didnt do it, missed it .Why have instructionsfor them on order if they dont read them. I go to this location at least once a week for lunch. The girls know me and I usually don't need a menu. I always sit at the bar... or at the high top table in the bar area. I always enjoy when I go and usually tip $5.00 to $7.00 on $15 check, but today,6/30/2022, was the the worst experience I ever had at Rotolos and one of the worst experiences ever. First, when I walked in, Idid not recognize any of the girls working. The waitress at the bar was the problem for me. Once I gave her my order, I sat andwatched her, she hardly left the register/computer. I think she was taking online orders to go, but totally ignored me as acustomer. I really didn't think too much of it until when my food was ready she laid it on the bar and and told me this wasmine. I had to get up from my chair to go pick up my food off the bar.....on top of that she never brought me utensils ornapkins or asked if I needed a refill on my drink. As I ate and sat there watching her, she was preparing to leave and said hergoodbyes to the other girls and left. I had to ask another waitress, who was very sweet, to bring me my check and to bring mesome napkins as well as refill my tea. I only left a $3.00 tip, which considering the service I received today was probably morethan I should have. But I am not a jerk. I only hope the girl who brought me my check, gave me some napkins and refilled mydrink for me gets the tip. $3.00 is still 20%. I have waited tables, I know what it is like. My first time at Rotolo?s. I?ve been working in this area for the last few weeks. I went to this location once and had a great... experience and I have went several times after due to my experience. The food has been great every time, the customer servicehas been great bye the waitress ?Kate I believe?. The location appeared to be clean the food has good presentation. The waitressremembered our whole crews drinks every time we went. I would return to this location.. I do not give many 5 stars go check allof my post. Y?all earned it. Read more

Always great food and service here. Hardly ever jam packed so seating is always available. I always come back here when i am in... NOLA. They have TVs so you can catch a sports game while you eat. Read more
