I ended up getting a small caramel and mocha latte along with getting a goat cheese toast. The latte was fairly average for... lattes. It was good but not exceptionally good. The goat cheese toast however was very delicious it had just the right amount ofcheese to bread to cucumber to dill. It was rather refreshing and quite filling. I've been here previous times as well. Staff is cool. I miss the Tim Hortons that was there. Coffee is overpriced and ain't even that good. Gentrified
Found specs of what I can only assume is mold in my ice. Bagels are consistently very hard, and not worth being purchased if you... plan to consume it after leaving the cafe. Won?t be returning, especially given the high prices compared to other Detroit coffeeshops.. Read more
The guy had cool tats. The latte was good. Vibes were immaculate. They support the lgbt community, so do I.
The spot is withing Wayne State University's campus, and the staff were nice. The coffee is plan and ok if that is all you like.... They have limited seating, so you will need to get it on the go. Read more
I'm putting a 2 because the bagels here are consistently terrible. They make my teeth hurt because they are stale and extremely... chewy (which shouldn't be how a bagel is). Never had this happen anywhere else but at this shop. Please just buy new ones or goto a different vendor. Not worth selling when they're so bad. The coffee is good, which is why this place isn't getting a 1. Butvery overpriced, which is also why I have to give a 2 star. Baristas are amazing and very nice. But there are plenty of othercoffee shops to get this for a better price. Read more
great employees with unfortunately very bad upper management. if management could communicate and learn to run a coffee shop... (keep out of stock menu items unavailable to order on all platforms, order stock accordingly so that nothing runs out includingcardboard boxes, etc.) the baristas are angels though and they deserve better management.
