Great location near Westin Book Cadillac Hotel. Was told you should have a coney island hotdog if you are in Detroit. I was not... disappointed. The restauant was clean and had that Americana feel to the place. The chili, onion, and mustard dog had a littlecrunch with a steamed bun. Check this place out if you in the area...its a must. Excellent food and service! Exactly what you expect from one of the best Coney Islands anywhere. I won't get into the American /... Lafayette debate. Trust me when I say, you will certainly have a great Coney at American Coney Island. I have never had a badexperience with them. Sure, sometimes parking may not be available curbside directly in front of them. You won't have to parkany real distance from them, parking is available extremely close by.
