A+ for food, drinks, atmosphere, and service! We walked in to this super cute restaurant and sat at the bar. The seats appeared... low but it was comfortable even for my cousin who is 6'4. I had the Paloma with Mezcal, recommended by the bartender. Our groupate the beets, paella, and sausage. The dishes are shareable, so we did just that. The paella was OUTSTANDING. The beets were awelcome surprise. It was a beautiful dish and very creative play with beet juice and almond garlic sauce. I don't eat meatbut the others said the sausage was very good. We ended up staying way longer than we intended because it was just socomfortable. Highly recommended as one of Detroit's best hidden secrets! Read more

An argentine restaurant brought straight from Buenos Aires, Barda is one of the best dining experiences of my life. We keep... coming back again and again. Food is done the right way on open fire, the way our savage predecessors loved having it done.Every meal is a piece of art for its composition and an amazing feast for its taste. Very cool vibe in a space that deserves anarchitectural praise on its own. I can’t think of any better treat for Detroit. Read more

I loved this restaurant. We split the cauliflower and ceviche. I had the mushroom entree. There are some really expensive items... on the menu but it’s possible to avoid them. My husband got the steak - I’m not a carnivore but had a bite of this steak andwas in heaven. Malbec wine was delicious (our server was nice enough to let me taste a couple wines before landing on this one).We had a reservation and only had to wait 15 mins. I noticed later in the evening, there was a pretty significant wait. Greatspot for a special occasion or date night. Read more

Wonderful dining experience at Barda. One of the best and most unique cocktail lists I've seen anywhere. The short rib was... outstanding. Vibe was very cool and the hostess was stunning. 11 out of 10. Read more

Delicious food but not the cheapest place around. We had glazed beets, bone marrow, bife and short rib. The beets were perfect.... I had never tried anything like it before. Bone marrow was my least favorite dish we ordered. You can get better else where. Thebife and short rib though, were excellent. Also, their cocktails are great. Would definitely come back. Read more
