UPDATE: HE OPENS NOW BUT THE PEDESTRIANS ARE SO RUDE AND WEIRD SO NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY HE DOESN'T FEEL SAFE THE CRAZIES COME OUT... AT NIGHT. Why is the guy of Indian decent staring at people lined up at the door vs honoring the customer service for 24 hoursas which the business put out. I ordered a sundae. The only things they got right were the ice cream flavors. I asked for marshmallow topping, rainbow... sprinkles, and cookie dough pieces. They put cotton candy bits, and andes mints on it. I'll tell you, the cotton candy bits onmint chocolate chip ice cream is pretty gross, it turns out. And now, they are refusing to answer the phone. I filed a complaintbut I'd like to talk to a person to find out why someone thought this was appropriate. Read more

Called ahead to make sure ice cream was still being served as it was late night munchie time. I arrive about 1am and waited... patiently to be served. Only to be told the young man wasn't going to serve me ice cream because he was the only one thereworking. Well besides me nobody else was there. Very unprofessional. No one says hello I will be with you in one moment, they just get to you when they feel like it. I always... go to get ice cream at this location because it?s 24hrs and close to my home but this will be the last. I stood waiting forsomeone to speak for over 10 minutes. When I asked was anybody making ice cream, I have been waiting for 10 minutes and thishappens everytime I come to get ice cream. A young male puts his finger up and tells me well I?m actually off the clock sooo. Icalled back up after I left to tell them how unprofessional they were and the lead said I don?t have time for this you can speakto the manager face to face. They can all go to hell honestly.
