Their food is not freshly cooked some of it looks like it's been sitting for quite a while.

Went to the one off Grandriver. 20200 W. Grandriver. The manger was extremely rude. Huffing and puffing like a child. She was... not taking my order right. Lied about the sale they have going on. Gone ask me to hurry up. Cause she's been there since 8 a.mand she's tired. It only 4:30 p.m ma'am. I've been on my job since 7:30 p.m yesterday just got off work. Came to grab my kidssome food. The experience was terrible.! I pulled up to the window after placing my order. I wanted to add a whole other sandwich and... whoever was making it got upset & said ?come on nah what she want? high pitched tone so you could tell the frustration.! I thenreplied back to the associate because the window was open and I heard what she said ?well tell her don?t worry about it thensince she don?t feel like it?. I explained to someone whom appeared to be the crew supervisor that it was the manner in whichshe spoke that was rude & uncalled for & that?s not a manner in which u speak to or speak about your customers.! You better not, I sent my son to get a bacon cheeseburger, he came back with a hockey puck, the bread was so hard I had to take... it off and use my own bread, plus it sent me too the bathroom, went in hard came out hot. The staff was professional helpful and friendly while I was ordering. The French fries were good and hot, however my burger was... cold just minutes after I left the drive through. I normally don't give low ratings. Read more
After having a bad experience at this burger king on 1/7/19 when I waited over 20 minutes for a whopper, I tried this restaurant... again because I believe in giving second chances... I shouldn't have. My man has food poisoning because he took a bite out ofthis raw chicken that was just dipped in hot grease. You can tell,the fryer was crowded & the patties were pulled apart.
