I'm not even sure if they are open anymore, but posting this after a long while. One of the employees (actually I think it was... the owner) gave my order after a 20+ minute wait to one of their friends so they could skip the line. I was just told to getthere sooner and it was tough luck. They made no effort to hide what they did. Well got to tell you. Price on the menu is not what they charge. The sandwich taste great ,but with the amount of meat on it you... might need 3 to fill your belly. $11 and change for a pastrami sandwich that was so thin it only had one side. Think I'll belooking for a different place. Read more

I ate at Delite pretty regularly pre-covid and have always found their food amazing and the staff friendly. However, when I... called into their midtown location I didnt realize the hours were different. The man working (I think his name was Taher) was sokind, and stayed so late to make sure I could eat. And he even gave us extra falafel because it was the end of the day. Ihighly recommend this restaurant, and I will definitely be back! Bummer. Second time in my last three visits with disappointing service. Not sure what is happening but when they first opened... this location, customer service and quality was AWESOME! Unfortunately, not anymore. ???? Today, I was told that the employeeworking was the only person working and my lunch sandwich request doesn?t start until 10:30 am as breakfast is still beingserved. Once we realized that it was 5 minutes away, he said plus that sandwich takes too long to make and I usually work theregister only. sandwich! ALWAYS. I crave this place everytime I'm in wayne state. What more can you ask for. I'm not gonna wast your time or my... time explaining anything else about the place... Except I prefer this location over the rest. My absolute faves are thepastrami sub, blackened trukey and just a plain corned beef sandwich with Swiss and mustard.great flavor, that's greatlyprepared. Had to wait 40 minutes and all I wanted was corned beef sub, didn't have corned beef so I got chicken, same price as the corned... beef tho. I had never been there before. Sandwich was ok, will not return. Read more
