This is the 2nd time my order has been missing items. Although the Eastpointe location is a lot closer I stopped going there... when my orders were repeatedly missing items. Everything was great at this location in the beginning but unfortunately they seemto be slipping also. I?ve called and was told a credit would be put on my account for next time and when I attempted to utilizethat credit it couldn?t be found so I?m just paying for items I?m not getting. On top of that the items I am getting correct areinedible. The corn bread was visibly burnt. I?m not sure how they even consciously packed them in someone?s order! Wings here are fantastic! Boneless wings are huge compared to other wing places. The bone in wings are cooked perfectly. Got to... try all the sauces and some of the dry rub! The lemon pepper and Greek dry rubs are incredible! If you order fries and like themcrispy, get them well done. Take out has always been super smooth and even specific time pickups have been done minutes beforethe requested pickup time. Hats off to the staff, because they are so quick and friendly. EDIT: I have to include and edited review to precious review. Out of respect to the Manager that cares about the reputation of... this company. The manager did not have to refund my order but I appreciate it. With that being, hopefully the employee will takeinto consideration that Customer Service is key and never take your customers for granted as they can contribute to the successor lack of success to a established business?.. Not a good spot to order your wings from. Very unprofessional, my order waswrong and items were missing. I will never go back to this particular location. Matter of fact they should considering closingor maybe hire an entire new crew that cares about providing great customer service. Read more
