Just had me wait for 3hrs for my food. Called to check on it an hr ago and the girl said it was in route. Just called back and... now they?re saying they canceled it because I didn?t answer the ?confirmation call? 3hrs ago. ???????????????????????????? Istay less than 2 miles away and now they?re asking if I still want it and it?ll be another 45mins to an hour. Never will I orderfrom here again. Ordered pizza online. The issue wasn't the store for me AT FIRST until I called and spoke to the "manager", Tasha. I explained... that there must be a technical issue because it had no BBQ sauce on a BBQ chicken pizza. She, without any care told me, "what ison the ticket you picked"....as if technical issues aren't possible. A $35 order will cost losing a customer. I could justeasily put BBQ on it myself...I was calling to make them aware of a possible glitch but due to the dismissive nature of the"manager" and the ghetto staff placing me on hold while I am speaking (and very politely I may add)....I need to speak tocorporate. The food has always been straight but the cashiers or whomever answers the phone always has a attitude. They banned us from... ordering from this location because one of there drivers didn?t follow the instructions on the order which was to ?call whenhere for directions on where to go?. The driver went into my gated apartment building when I have always met them outside of thegate. She had no way out and complained which is the reason the banned us.
