I just ordered a short end dinner and some cheese bread. First off they called me to tell me they didn't have short ends. So I... asked what they could sub it for and she told me rib tips. I agreed to them. When my food was delivered I received burnt fattips and dry overcooked cheese bread. I called the store and the the girl who answered told me that was what I ordered smh. I'mlike you guys are giving out burnt fat tips with sauce and overcooked bread. There was a moment of silence before I just hungup! That was $30 that went straight to the trash! UPDATE: After being on hold for 15 minutes... I Spoke with manager "Billy" He was the one who hung up. He stated " I was the... Lucky ticket number 37 today and he decided to decline my services" I was mind blown. I asked him is this how he treat hiscustomers and he said I was not a customer because he was denying my services going forward. Then he started explaining peopledoing scams and how they lost over $9000 in carry out orders in the last week. I'm not sure what that had to do with me, but Iwill be reaching out to corporate. Terrible customer service! Not sure if it?s new staff I placed my order online like I alwaysdo. They always call to confirm. They called and said ? The photos speak for themselves. This is in no way okay to serve customers super burnt and over cooked chicken. My family and I... are long time customers and has never experienced this since supporting this restaurant. My toddlers used loves their chickentenders and unfortunately this is what they we served.
