I was disappointed, got in there an a young girl was like, "One moment!" So was like ok. So I'm waiting an waiting and waiting... and waiting by now my food should be ready so I'm continuing to wait, the guy that does the delivery came in saw andacknowledged me told him my name an he went an checked on my food. He told me it's not ready ok so I'm back waiting and waitingand waiting even tried to handle a business call so I'm still sitting there waiting and waiting, mind you the young lady thattold me one moment still has not come to the front at all to take my order or ring me up or nothing. The delivery guy came backout front about to deliver pizza an he was like you still here? Yes! I said so he asked me what I had, I told him he went backin there asking for shrimp asking about my order then that young lady finally came an stood at the register didn't say nothingthough she just stood there then went back to the back came back with 2 boxes then grabbed a box that had been sitting therethen justed yelled out the price, ???????????. I originally told the delivery guy the name I told them when I ordered which wasTonie so that's why when he looked back there looking for an order under Tonie an didn't see it he said it wasn't ready butactually it was ready it was under the name that showed on their caller id which is my government name so all that time I spentsitting there my food was right there. If they're not going to use the name you told them an go off caller id then they shouldlet people know, cause I didn't know an I'm just sitting there like a fool. The shrimp was salty an most of the rib tips weretough, I will not be going or ordering from there again trying to keep it in the neighborhood does not always work cause thequality of the service and quality of the food will be just that "for the hood!". Happyspizza has made my family truly UNHAPPY. My food as well as my elderly mother hamburger was black and burnt and inedible to... consume. The French fries where cold and tasted old. We paid $40.00 for unconsumable food from this establishment but neveragain. Read more
