Have been here few times in the past 10 years. This latest experience was not a good one, quality of sandwich has gone down... hill, they no longer have the deli slicer in front, knowing you would get freshly sliced meat. Beyond greasy sandwich. I wasvery disappointed, was treating my mom to this cause it use to be one of the best Reuben sandwiches. Not anymore. I will keep mygood memories of this place and not return, especially with the experience I had. Sad to see a landmark go downhill. Read more
Please bring back the corned beef with flavor. Also, we were a party of 4. The sandwiches were all warm on the outer edges but... stone cold in the middle. Pre cut and stored in fridge? Sadly looking for a new corned beef place. Staff was wonderful, asalways. Read more
Food was amazing! Linda was amazing, period! The Detroit hospitality is amazing as it is but coming here near our stay for the... Airbnb we went there twice! The food was so good we Went for breakfast and lunch. Best corn beef I ever had! Read more
Have gone there for years Yesterday four of us ordered sandwiches. Each one was served separately. The last one arrived after... the other three were eaten. There was something different about the corned beef. No where as good as it usually is. If theychanged their meat vendor, they should change back. The meat on all four sandwiches was cold.
