3 out of 5 times - no issues at all. However...if you order online, they don't bother helping those customers until they arrive,... which makes no sense. Sometimes, I'll order in store, advise what I want on my sandwich, and they ignore half of it (liketoday). I've never had "bad" food from here but the service needs some help. It's quick and convenient however, so it's hard tofind something that moves as quickly as they do. Read more
Don?t bother ordering online and in advance. They ignore online orders. Then the app tells me my food is ready for pick-up only... to find I still waited 25 minutes in the store to get my sandwiches. I usually don't do this, both downtown locations suck!! I placed an order around 10:30am with an arrival time of 12:30pm. Which... gives at least 2 hours for them to have the order at my location within a 10-20 minute window. We'll here it is 1:17 pm, nofood. I called to cancel Gabby hung up in my face. I?ve been using the JJ app to order pick up to this location since the app was rolled out. There is no clear place within the... restaurant to pick up mobile orders and the staff is flustered every time. I feel bad for the staff because they are just asconfused as the customers when it comes to processing and producing mobile orders. Have you even attempted to train the staff onhow to handle these types of orders? Even a simple sign that says ?pick up mobile orders here? would be a step in the rightdirection. Read more
This was my first Jimmy John's experience. I placed the order online and it was delivered to my office in less than 15 minutes.... The sandwich was absolutely delicious. It was so full of meat that it was actually quite heavy. The delivery price is a veryreasonable $2.99. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the speed of my delivery and the scrumptiousness of my sandwich. I amhooked! Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a #4 Turkey Tom and a large drink. The bread was burnt on the bottom and so hard I... couldn't eat it. I had to ask the cashier twice for my cup for my soft drink. I went to the fountain machine to fill up my cupand the ice wasn't working. The diet coke was flat.
