If I could give this Jimmy Johns location a negative rating I would. Do not order from here they are extremely slow. Ordered my... food at noon- got here at 2. When I called at 1 they said they would be here in 10 min. They were not. Then when I tried tocall back and cancel my order I was put on hold for 10 mins before I was hung up on. Read more
Waited in line to only realize that the employee on bread baking duty wasn?t wearing gloves. He moved the raw dough from the... cart, peeled off the parchment paper, to a baking sheet with no gloves. After watching him do this for about 10 minutes, Idecided to leave because a fair assumption is the place is unsanitary and doesn?t follow rules for anything else. I?d prefer tonot get sick. Another deterrent was that not one employee was wearing a mask. I understand we don?t have a mask mandate but thefact that management doesn?t care to protect its own employees or customers is gross. I ordered through Doordash at around 5:40 pm on Friday (today). Order never came. In fact store says it closed at 6 on Google.... Why take orders online till 6 if that's when you close and no one is delivering after that. I cant even complain on Doordashbecause it just tells me to contact the store since JJ delivers their own food and of course no answer. Will be contacting themon Monday for a refund. Read more
We?ve ordered from this Jimmy John?s a handful of times, and every time something has been wrong with our orders. Yesterday we... ordered 2 subs, one gargantuan, and the Pepe. They gave us 2 gargantuans so we called in to see if we could possibly get theorder fixed. They agreed to give us a free sandwich the next day since they were going to be closing soon. Fast forward totoday, my sandwich was STILL made wrong, and so was the other sandwich that was ordered. No one seems to care or want to doanything to fix the problem. We only keep trying this one because it?s closest to where we live, but I will never come to thisone again. The customer service sucks, they?re lazy, and inattentive to people?s orders.
