Had delivery on friday, the pizzas they sent must have been sitting on counter for an hour. They were not only cold the crust on... bottom was hard. It's a shame that something so simple can be complicated. I ordered an hot ready with butter and parm. First the cashier was... rushing me. Secondly they had nothing I asked for which caused me to get a normal hot and ready. Thirdly there was a 10 to 15minute wait on the HOT AND READY and they forgot the parm.
