I wish I couldn?t put any star at all because the time spent waiting as late as it was. I was told through the app it was gonna... be served and finished at 6:45 and it?s been past 15 mintues now being 7:10. An my order was given wrong after the staff ishaving issues reading and I would request a reading on the reviews and a deep talk on speed of orders.Because me and my familyhours have been spent through waiting the whole afternoon for just poor service. The looks from the outside of this Little Caesars don't exactly instill confidence, and all of the bulletproof glass for... security can be somewhat foreboding - but that shouldn't necessarily deter you, they are turning out some of the best pizzas youwill find from a Little Caesars - despite not being cut well, they were better than pizzas from many other locations. Took a little longer than expected but not horrible for only having 2 employees working. They could've been a little more... friendly, but it was really hot and the other customers were not very nice. Overall, I'd go back again. Read more
Subpar! If you arrive after 9 they will only sell you hot and readys unless you?re flashing eyelashes at the cashier? I ordered... there were 2 people who ordered my same order and was out before me. Then they say or give me a few more minutes they didn?thave yours in. I want to speak with a manager! Read more
This place needs to be managed better and the owner needs to help this place. Two people are not enough people to effectively... run this franchise in the area that it is in. Maybe they could do it, but they need proper training in customer service andprofessionalism. I?m not saying fire them, they just need better training. Close the store temporarily to satisfy a fewcustomers at a time when you?re short staffed. Don?t tell customers that the pizza will be ready in a couple minutes andactually have them wait for an hour or longer. Please use this review for constructive criticism and act accordingly. I don't hate this place. It's just that the employees arrived, but since there was no manager, they had to sit outside. So we... hung out with them. My family took cap and gown pictures of our graduate under the tree at the end of the strip mall, watchedthe NASA video of the astronauts return to Earth while we talked between vehicles with the employees and let arriving customersknow that the location was not open for business yet. They played a little music. We watched the little kids play while wewaited. It was fun. I felt bad for the employees because they were there to work, but couldn't and we counted 30+ customersthat had arrived but had to be turned away in the 2.5 hours we were there before a representative from headquarters arrived. Therep thanked us for spending the time and sent us to another location and called ahead with 2 pizzas on them. We were only atthis location to pick up a couple of pizzas to celebrate the accomplishments of our Cass Tech Alumni, but we definitely enjoyedthe time we spent. ???? Read more
I usually order my food on line when going here and the food is always ready. The times when I go in the service is not great,... but the service is quick and they are always trying to get everyone out in a timely manner. Read more
