I ordered 2 Detroit style deep dish pizzas from the location on North Oracle and Roger in Tucson Az. When i picked up my order,... the pizzas were in the wrong boxes to begin with.. They we're very small and oval shaped and they were cold and i gotta there 5mins before they were supposed to be ready but they were ready somehow and cold. I went to another location and when i got home,joke was on me because not only were the pizzas the same in shape and size but the quality was absolutely unacceptable. Bothpizzas were still raw, they hardly had any cheese or sauce on them and the cheese bread barely had any cheese..it looked like ihad one small cheese bread and two large cheese breads..i don't know how little Caesars is still in business because from allthe reviews I've read, ALL locations are just BAD!!..I don't see them being in business for too much longer. The foods qualityhas gone way down and the customer service does not exist. I will NEVER go back to any of the locations. I would rather drive alittle farther and buy from the next pizza place. My pepperoni pizza was so old and hard you couldn't even tear it apart and I'm assuming they already know what the deal is cause... I called 8 are more times back to back no answer who ever doing the cooking don't care about if the business go down and lose alot of customers, I guess I don't expect no refund or no fresh pizza for another day due to the corporate reviews being lowerthan the stores they must be set on money guaranteed cause if corporate don't care then that just a waste so X me off of goingback to either store Read more
The cashier was sitting in a corner with a fan on her on her phone. I stood there waiting on her she looked right at me and kept... playing on her phone. When she finally acknowledged me and another customer she didn?t smile she didn?t greet us she looked veryunhappy. I?ll wait 10 minutes for my food just to get it Raw. Just went to the location on 438 SW military Dr SA TX 78221 and went through the drive thru placed my order the guy said it... would be like 15min I said fine. I ordered two extra most bestest and the crazy combo. I placed and paid the order at 5pm Ididn?t not get my order till 5:40. The pizza finally came which was discussing after having to wait that long and thebreadsticks were cold. They gave me wings for waiting but should have left them they were under cooked. The sauce for the crazybread was spoiled and smelling gross. Been trying to call the store and no answer when I was there I ask for the manager and shenever came out. I?m nearly poisoned by one of your locations that will not answer the phone. Tried contacting the corporate office that claims... they are the fastest growing pizza chain. If you cut corners now you?ll fall back to cheap pizza location you are. Not becauseof price of course. I hope keeping me on hold when a quick answer would save us both headaches. I?ll bury you anywhere a reviewcan be left. As far as the store location I ll make sure a health inspector keeps you from potentially killing some one with thelow standards you operate under.
