Never again! Every time I travel though here all I want is some comfort food. I usually am forgiving and give multiple chances,... but I?m done with this location! Todays screw up was I ordered a large triple cheese burger meal, with ketchup, Mayo, tomato,and lettuce only. When the lady called my number she hands me my bag of food and a medium drink. She then kindly gave me a largecup when I informed her that I had gotten a large meal. While waiting on the large cup, I noticed that I didn?t get any fries.So I addressed that, and she kindly got me my large fry. So I make my way to my flight. Once I on board, I open my sandwich upand there?s no Mayo or lettuce, and instead there is onion, mustard, and pickle. SO MAD!!! Read more

For this McDonald?s to be at the airport they are very slow and they don?t seem to care. If you have a flight to catch you... better rethink about eating here. There?s 3 to 4 people standing around 1 working and none of them seems to care they act likethere doing you a favor. This place should only wait on 2 people at a time or there overwhelmed. After bad experience with McDonalds in Germany three years ago, I've decided not to go ever again. I've breached my decision in... DTW, to see if there's any difference in States and if they eventually do it better. I can assure you, no difference and nothingbetter. Two stars are for speedy service. Considering food, it would be minus one star. The picture is self-explanatory. Andthis should be the "Double quarter pounder", so relatively higher end. Wow. There's no reason than to give this Micky D's a solid 4 stars. Easy. I know the menu. Well situation. It is at the beginning of... Terminal A. Fast and efficient. I know I can afford it. Get your condiments to the left. If you have an app, you can orderahead of the line. The line can stretch into the terminal but it goes fast. I appreciated there being a nice place for me tosit and relax a few minutes before squeezing into the tin can they call an airplane nowadays. I ordered a sausage McMuffin withcheese meal and a small coffee for $8.14 USD. I put the coffee in my thermos for the flight home. The breakfast sandwich a solid8 out of 10. The muffin was a bit chewy and the sausage could have been hotter. The cheese was melty which was terrific. I thinkmost people would think it perfectly good. But I've had better. We came right around closing and expected to potentially get turned away. I did end up getting served (I was the last one) at... around 9:15pm. What I didn't expect was to have to listen to an employee argument, have an employee roll his eyes at me and say"I was told we were closed." after I asked at the entrance "Hey, sorry, are you guys closed?" and told to come in, and listenedto the woman who waved me in shout "CLOSED CLOSED CLOSED CLOSED" over and over in a mocking sing-song voice. Normally I don'twrite that many negative reviews, but this was baffling to the point where I had to text the people I was with as it washappening. It was genuinely awful customer service. Two stars because I actually got my food. It's an option when everyone elsecloses, at least. Read more

Unfortunately Google does not let me select 0 stars. Rude, unprofessional and slow staff. The burger I bought already had a bite... in it. When I went back to inform the staff they behaved like nothing happened, no acknowledgement no apologies. Huge lines andthey keep forgetting items from people?s orders. I understand you are understaffed but if this is the service you provide betterto stay closed. Wishing all the staff to receive the same service they provide next time they pay for something. Decent breakfast but very slow Service. Hash browns weren?t crispy. No paper tissues were available.
