Easily, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Did a mobile curbside order and was stuck waiting for over 30 minutes as cars... were being sent into the lot to wait for their orders. The manager was uncaring about the situation and gave me my refund withno apology and just said "have a nice day" in a low voice. A complete waste for your time and energy to go here. It'd befaster to just go to Kroger and get the ingredients to make it at home. Read more
Placed order and drove to the window. Was immediately told to go to waiting area. Waited 7-8 minutes. Food arrived and the girl... asked for a tip? Are you serious!!! Waited half an hour for food. They were sending every single person to drive thru and mobile ordering spots with no hierarchy or... order. Cars multiple spots behind me got their order first. The service was absolutely horrible! From the time that I placed my order for a quarter pounder with cheese meal it took 40... minutes to receive my order and the food was cold! There were only two people ahead of me when I got there. There were 12 peoplein the kitchen and only three actually doing work with the rest just standing around playing with themselves! The manager needsto be fired and the staff retrained to either do your job or find another one. Fast food shouldn't take that long. Read more
