Waited for almost 40 minutes in drive thru. When I finally get to the window...guess what??? My order was WRONG...they move me... up to wait...20 minutes later no food. I call in and ask for a refund AND my money for my hour wait....manager says my food iscoming out. They put salt on my fries (I asked for no salt) and I only had 1 pie). Avoid this location!!! Stay away from this location if you want coffee. They have not had coffee for almost a month and the employees will be very rude... when telling the customers. I went inside last week to ask the manager why they have not had coffee for almost a month and shesaid because there is not enough water pressure in the building to make coffee. I went again today and got the same nastyattitude from the same person taking my order and she said her response the same way. " We still ain't got no coffee". Read more
Terrible experience twice now... if you like McGriddles for breakfast this not the place to go for them.. both times I have... received burnt McGriddles, dark brown and very crispy pancake bun upper and lower... very tough to eat and not very satisfyingexperience to say the least. 13 dollars for two breakfast sandwiches and two hashbrowns and a drink is crazy. Payment for my food purchases were made using a debit card I had not used for months. After the visit I received numerous... charges for UBER and CASHAPP payments. I also received a "fraud alert" from my bank asking if I was making a purchase atGAMESTOP for $243.79. I did not make or attempt to make any of these transactions. I will NEVER go to this McDonld again and myrecommendation is for you to follow my lead!!! Hopefully the owner will read this and take steps to hire honest employess notconniving thieves. Read more
