Every time I come here there is some different issues it is literally not even 7:30 in the morning yet it?s supposed to be 24... hours and I know the lobby is supposed to open at six and of course it is locked I stopped here thinking I could grab somethingquick but couldn?t I am a school bus driver and I can?t take my school bus through the drive-through so that?s why the insideshould be open at times like this they are already moving extremely slow in the drive-through and there is no one at eitherwindow they are so unprofessional they also had their phones off of the hook the lines are busy it is too early in the morningfor the nonsense please find another job or stay at home if you don?t want to do your job properly Read more

Their customer service skills were mediocre at best. Since I dined in, and ordered a large combo I expected salt and ketchup... with my meal, which I had to request after sitting down to eat. Even after placing my order by phone and selecting the dine inoption, I still received my meal in a carry out bag. Read more

They take 2 cars at a time. 1 for each window. They won?t take an order until they have both cars gone. For that amount of time... my food should be fresh. Instead it?s old and cold. Read more

Some of the rudest employees ever. No one said thank you or even said hello, even after I said thank you and hello to every... person I encountered. On top of that, I was asked 3 times what my order was and they still managed to screw it up. Quarterpounder w/cheese NO onions, not that difficult. Threw my sandwich and fries in the bag upside down so it spilled out everywhere. Food was cold. Did not even give me one napkin. Horrible service go to a different location. Read more
