Worst mcDonald's I've been to. I had 3 people get they order before I did which ordered after me. Coming in the store with 2... people inside i stood there for 20 mins to finally get my order and it was wrong. They just dont no what they are doing..Seemslike everyone moving like zombies in there with attitudes. Sad but they need new management and new workers.. maybe a red bull?Terrible! Read more
Ordered on the app to pick up, pretty easy to use. I went in to pick my food up but couldn't get back to my order to get the #... they needed (it was the first time i used it lol). The manager working helped & she was sweet. The young kids working were niceas well. & bam! My order was complete & I was on my way. Thanks guys! Read more
Flip a coin, you never know what you?re getting at this place. Missing food? Old food? Fresh food? 20 minute wait for a meal?... Sometimes they?re great but more than 75% of the time it?s trash. Read more

I was in and out within 5 minutes, The food was fresh and hot, and even though I didn't eat my dinner till I got home it was... really good ! A couple of things bothered me though , the price of a Big Mac $ 7.00 dollars that's crazy but remember this wasthe McDonald's on Vernor in Southwest Detroit, it's my understanding they are priced differently thru the city ????. One morething even though I had no issues with the the employees, I could tell they weren't happy, and they seemed to be arguing aboutwho's job was what ???? not a nice look for a restaurant ! and I went twice on 2 separate days and once in the afternoon, andonce in the early evening, that's my review for now I will add on when I go again, I'm interested in the prices and theattitudes of their employees.... This McDonald's still offers "fast food" vs others w/20+ minute lines. Friendly service. Good food as ordered.
Where do I start.. I order nuggets, 2 mcchickens, and a soda, the simplest order and we were told to wait. After 20minutes of... waiting the 2 cars behind me recieved their orders and I had not recieved mine yet so the lady working there was freaking outabout her staff & we asked for our money back because we didnt want to wait any longer, she later said "no it's already made"and walked off to get the food. The bread was hard, the drink tasted like alcohol and the nuggets were chewy. this was my secondtime there and i will not go back, lesson learned. Read more
Never even got the chance to order. We pulled up in the drive through and had to call out to get the intercom to get the workers... attention and was told, "just a second" and was then left for another 5 to 10 minutes. We called out a few more times beforejust driving away. Read more
