People rarely share when they have a good experience. Most people share when they have a poor experience. This is right next to... one of the locations where I work. The lines are really long but they have adequate staff who keep the lines moving veryquickly, so the wait time isn't that long. As far as the food quality it is pretty dang good. Everyone knows the quality ofMcDonald's has gone way down over the last 10 to 20 years and the pandemic has made that even worse. The food quality, adequatestaffing, and cleanliness remind me of a pre-pandemic world. Hands down one of the best locations within the city limits. I've been to this location a handful of times over the past 8 years... and they always treat me nice and serve hot fresh food. The drive thru for breakfast today was fast and efficient. My food wasreally good. The young man cashier and young woman who handed me my food made the experience even more memorable with theirpoliteness. Keep up the good work! Read more

They are slow but at least my food was hot. Some places are slow and then give you room temperature food

6/19/22 8:30 a.m. cashier was rude. When I asked her to add one more sandwich to my meal, she hit her hand on counter and gave... me facial gestures of irritation. I get to the next window and the manager had a smart mouth. Whatever happened to givingcustomers a good experience. When I pulled one of my sandwiches out of the bag, it was barely wrapped. Screens don't work, menu not up, NOBODY spoke after we placed our order. Not a total, not a have a nice day,not even a smirk.... And in reading reviews, I see a month the menu wasnt there either. People outside asking for money. Very ghetto, would notrecommend. Read more
