Been here 5 times.. Dine in & curbside are non existent. A very slow experience each time. The food is good, when they are able... to make what you order. However, I do avoid this location unless I'm having a serious craving. Very long drive thru waittimes.. Read more
I walked in there were no, customers, I placed my order at the Kiske and paid for it. My cashier took the next order after mine,... and got it out and left immediately. Second b4 I heard someone say 4 danishes. So I guess that meant I was a problem, screw upmy order. I got my food the fries were over cooked, and 3 it of the 4 danishes we're boxed upside down. The male morning manager on duty Saturday 9/16/2022 was the rudest most unpleasant person to deal with. The young lady taking my... order asked him to come over to the register to assist her, he began shouting like a child ?It says it on the screen, rightthere!? Over and over, completely disregarding her questions (that he hadn?t answered might I add). I intervened and he beganshouting at me. I don't know the lady that works the second window on weekend nights, but she makes my night every time I go! My partner and I... will usually swing through for a quick bite to eat during our 12 hour shift and this lady always gives us a smile and generallya laugh. The food is prepared perfectly everything, and I can not say one complaint about this location!! Keep up the greatwork, and we will continue to swing by to see yall! Read more

Sometimes this place has really good service and sometimes this place has really bad service. Today was one of the days they had... bad service. I ordered two double fish fillets and got back two single fillets. Drove back to get a return and after 30 minutesof waiting, I asked for a refund. My family and I had a nice evening out. We decided to go to McDonald's on West Grand Blvd. We spent almost 40 dollars. I live... less than 3 minutes away. My fries were cold and old the McDoubke was sloppy, cold full of onions and very little mustard andketchup. I normally don't mess with McDonald's welo back to NOT fuqqing with them. Read more
