We walked right in and got seated right away. The waitress was nice, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We decided to... get the saganaki and the ocktaplata which is chilled octopus for appetizers and they were spot on very well done and fresh. Fordinner I got the gyro... it was okay but to be honest it was dried out. The french fries were overcooked as well. I was kind ofdisappointed to be honest. My wife got the chicken kabob ..her fries were the same but her chicken was very well flavored.Againa little on the dry side as well. The lamb shank is unbelievably tender. I have no idea how they layed the meat on our plates without it falling off the bone. The... fried baby squid was satisfyingly crisp and the service was quick. We will be coming back. Read more
Nice Greek restaurant in downtown Detroit. The restaurant does not have its parking spaces, you have to find parking nearby. The... food was good, and it came pretty quickly even though the restaurant was very crowded. You have to try Saganaki, it's quite ashow. We will go there again when we have the opportunity. Loved it. Let?s start with the place itself, the place was clean and beautifully designed. It had its own vibe and the staff... were friendly. I ordered Tasskabob, it was delicious. The portion was a good size and I had to take the rest home but even afterwarming it up the next day, it was still delicious. The appetizer was really good, enjoyed it a lot.
