Worst experience ever. 25 minutes waiting (employee said I was 'literally next') before I gave up and asked for my money back. A... process which took almost 10 minutes. During which time, the people ahead of me who'd waited even longer than me never got theirfood either. Read more

Used the kiosk ordering (3 out of the 4 checkouts) ended up waiting 30 minutes and ended up asking for money back because they... 'lost' the order. Read more

This location will actually open around 12:20 pm to take your order. The staffs are starting to cook and prepare most of... chickens and sides from 11:30 am but nobody could order anything from the self-order kiosks until the gate lifted and orderkiosks get turned on by the manager. Your order recipe will have your credit card name on on (which you have to use to pay forthe food), so no number is being called. Just your name on the credit card. I believe it?s not employees? fault for opening therestaurant late nor rude customers service. But rather the cooperation is not allowing the extra hours to pay/hire employees todo the preparation to serve meals. Many service industry positions are struggle to fill the positions. This is the only Popeyesthat I?ve ever eaten but I enjoyed their spicy crunch chicken tenders. Bayou Buffalo sauce wasn?t available on my order options.Sweet heat & mustard dipping sauces were good. You may choose A la carte to order only the chicken pieces without sides nordrinks. Read more

Terrible, terrible customer service. First of all, they opened very late. They were supposed to open at noon but they didn?t.... They were not bothered by the long line of people waiting for them. When they finally opened, the kiosks were not workingproperly. The workers were not helpful. It was evident that they don?t enjoy working there. If more restaurants were opened, wewould have left and gone somewhere else but due to Covid, there wasn?t a lot of choice. Read more

I really don't understand why all the complaining, but it's a Popeyes location inside an airport! For goodness sake, obviously... it's going to be different from a store that's outside in the real world. Having the ability to purchase fried chicken during alayover is actually one of the selling points for me to connect through DTW. Also, I really don't know any other Popeyeslocations that serves breakfast. During my most recent visit, I was connecting a redeye through DTW. I thought I would juststop by Popeyes to see if they're open. Well, apparently, they have a breakfast menu! Lastly, the workers at the DTW Popeyesare probably a million times nicer than the folks working at my local Popeyes. Read more

Good chicken (spicy is not spicy), tasty onion rings, limited seating, airport prices; cole slaw too creamy, customer service... slow at best-a large number of customers. A good selection of soft drinks, free refills, including ice. Across from gate A61. Read more
