This location closes at 10pm I got there at 9pm and the only thing they had was mild chicken and mashed potatoes. They didn?t... have any sides or tenders or biscuits or nuggets. The person on the speaker had zero customer service skills and was extremelyghetto I felt like I was on a movie like is this real? Unbelievable and the absolute worst customer service. We endured a long line and repeated our 2 meal order four times. We were... told that the restaurant was out fries only after checking the bag and seeing fries and mash potatoes were missing. I requestedmild wings and got spicy, only realizing that upon getting home. I tried calling and no answer. I?ll be reaching out toCorporate. We can?t just accept poor customer service and wrong orders. Demand refunds and with enough people demanding it, itwill hit them in their pocket. Too often we say nothing and poor service only exacerbates. I rate zero star, but you must atleast have one to add a review. Read more
Horrible! Debit/Credit machine down. Workers said the machines had been down 4 days. Repairman standing around unable to fix... machines. Employees were angry. No sign on door saying cash only. It was 5 pm. It was a mess. Read more
Will never spend my money in that store. Walked in at 7 to place an order, a very rude black young man shouted, we're closed you... got to order from the drive thru. Now the door sign clearly reads inside closes at 10pm. Clearly customer service is not part oftraining for employees. Read more
8-29-22 Just awful drive thru service. Can't get your order right and speak so unprofessional to customers. Get to the window... to pay. The girl has on earbuds listen to music and singing. This place needs improvement in all areas. You feel as if you're bothering the workers there by just placing an order. Saturday... there was no original flavored chicken and no one knew when any would be available. Lobby was not clean, cashier couldn't count( manager had to count her drawer while I accepted spicy chicken because that's all they had.) I hope they get better at whatthey do (sell chicken). From management to the floor attendant's MUCH improvement is needed. And the customer service? Really???????????? Read more
