I'm in love with their apple Walnut salad! One of the days I went Jamari and Justin were there and they did amazing. They hadn't... had a break because people kept coming in and maybe they were short staffed. Yet they serviced everyone very well. I expressedmy thanks for them still treating the customer with care and kindness! I know how I feel when I haven't had a break. They didn'ttake it out on the customer! This Potbellys has cracked the code of quick service. They can have a line a mile long and I never wait long. The food is made... to request and I've never had issues. Every sandwich is perfectly toasted and delicious. The macaroni and cheese is usuallycreamy and tasty. I wish they would bring back the cole slaw! Read more
Super busy place, fast and efficient. Food was prepared perfectly. Chips were stale though
Visited here twice while on a business trip; once an hour before closing and another during lunch time.. Before close, they got... us through pretty quick but lunch time can take some time (understandably). However I can say all the workers seem to do theirbest and are hard at work. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. Solid sandwich place. The steakhouse beef isdelicious. When there isn't anything particular you want, this is always a good choice. Read more
I did an online order and did not get what I wanted. they had some weird site and it felt very broken. my order didn't have any... toppings but the line wS so long there was nothing I could do. had to get back to work. dissapointed with my visit and onlineorder ... sad because I love the food there. Called ahead and still had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my order. People who walked were getting their stuff before me.... Completely defeats the point of ordering ahead. As consistently true to the PotBelly culture, the team providedexcellent service and a great food! There was a sense of happiness in the building, with all the team members smiling andlaughing while working together. Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Food was AMAZING ?? I had not had potbelly in a fewyears, and to know that it still tasted it as amazing as it did when I first tried it 10 years ago made me extraordinarilyhappy.
