I went here because the line for Chick-fil-A was super long and i didn't have a lot of time.. Staff was friendly and the food... tasted ok. About three hours later during a cross country flight I got painful stomach cramps and bubble guts. Not sure whathappened as I have eaten here 3-4 times before with no problem but something was definitely off. Read more

While they are doing their best most of the time, the food quality is not on par. As a former employee in a college town ik how... everything is supposed to be made/taste. This was well made grilled food and wayy to frozen for 145pm after lunch. Creating astrange mixture and consistency. They also claimed that therr are no free chips anymore with a bowl or burrito when thatdefinitely used to exist(not sure on current situation so i didnt deduct for that). Also i asked for half and half protein andthey charge me double, im not one to protest but i use my words deliberately when ordering. Read more

I?m gonna rate this for being in an airport. A lot of restaurants in the airport is definitely overpriced but that?s typical for... an airport. I would say if your looking for the bang of your buck go to qdoba. The bowl is filling and it?s convientent to takeon for since it?s bowl shaped and not messy to eat. This airport is really expensive. Read more

I find it hard to give a 5 star review to a restaurant like qdoba, but having that said I had a pleasant experience here. Food... is just like any other qdoba I have been to. The staff although not super friendly was not mean or anything and did their joband gave me extra food upon my request. No complaints from me, had a satisfying experience. Read more

I ordered a potato bowl and not only was the lady rude, but she did not even acknowledge me standing there for 5 mins. The other... lady at the counter, she added someone else's order to my bill while I kept telling her that it was not mine. When finally aftershe rung up my order, I ask her to remove the other item which was not mine, she rang me up once again with my right order andasked another employee to remove the first order. I knew he was going to remove the wrong one and so I kept telling him that heneeds to remove the $20 order, but instead what he does...., removes my $9 order which was the one I got and paid for. Totalmess and totally unprofessional people. Now I have a $20 bill for something I did not even order. This is not just about themoney, but the very poor customer service. I should've known better and left that place, but since it was closer to my gate andit was an early morning flight, I had little choice. Please avoid this place if you can. Read more

This was the fastest place I've been to since covid. In the airport so busy, but they work an assembly line to get you thru... quick. And awesome prices for airport food. Chips and queso only 5.77 Read more

Ratchet at best. I only gave it one star because I had to. The staff is rude. They don't look at you when you're order and they... act like you're a bother. They were out of everything, guac, pickled onions and jalepenos and were unapologetic about it. Donot waste your time. Read more

Yes, I should know that "Airport Food + Detroit + Qdoba = Fail" 100% of the time, but I usually eat at the Chick-Fil-A in this... terminal, and their line was 20 people deep, and Qdoba was 10 feet away and had no line. Before today, I had not been to aQdoba in years, so forgive me if I don't know the menu or the procedures. I ordered a "Tortilla Soup." It started simple enoughwith a scoop of white rice and another scoop of black beans, and then a ladle of broth and some chicken. Then things got weird.Multiple workers kept asking me if I wanted one thing after another, and each time I'd be like "I dunno. Is it supposed to be onthere?" Or "How did they train you to make this dish?" Or "You tell me! I don't know!" To fast-casual restaurants: train yourpeople on how to make your food and stop asking me so many questions. These workers gave me a terrified and clueless look when Itold them to "make it so it looks just like the picture." After some sautéed fajita-style peppers and onions, lettuce, twokinds of molten cheese, corn, pico de gallo, salsa, and sour cream, I was pretty sure we had veered off course from soup andinstead became a salad. My gloppy, weird, gross "slimy lettuce"-laden bowl of rando rubbish was awful. I also had some stalechips and lukewarm queso on the side. I can't believe I paid almost 19 dollars for this disgusting garbage. Hopefully you won't. Read more
