Incredible food. My burger was so Incredible and so were the fries. The lemonade was good as well, but a little to sour for me.... They have a good selection of choices from burgers to hot dogs as well as fries, cheese fries and bacon cheese fries. Theperson who took my order wasn't very pleasant, the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The inside is beautiful and with a pleasantview if you sit by the window. Overall though, I really recommend you try the burger and fries as they were so good. Read more
The shack burger was amazing! My boyfriend loved his bourbon chicken sandwich! And you have to get the fries with the cheese on... top. Ahhhh-mazing! Read more
Just your typical burger joint! Had to wait way to long for our food Just feel they could have been better prepared for a Friday... at lunch time! Once we received our food everything seemed to be in order. Meal portion size is just to small for the price!Just feel that they could give you more fries with your order or something. Plus needing a code off your receipt to use therestroom you can't even wash your hands before you order more or less use the restroom. Read more
Since the place always has a long line I thought it was better than it really was. The line was moving so slow, waited 15... minutes to order. The cashier was polite and helpful. Waited 10 minutes for the food. It taste average, nothing special. Read more

First time eating here actually was pretty good. Gotten to try the Black truffle fries and they was decent. I wish they was... hotter but it was a super busy day that day and they were still delicious. Will come again. Read more
I used to eat Shake Shack all the time when I lived in NYC. Since moving to Michigan, I?ve tried the Downtown Detroit branch... twice and have been disappointed both times. Today I found a long hair running through the meat in the hamburger. Disgusting. Ispat it out and threw the rest of the meal away, having lost my appetite. I won?t return. Read more
